I am a multidisciplinary healthcare and technology professional with a strong background in cardiology, clinical administration, and data engineering. My experience spans various roles in healthcare administration and software development, where I have successfully managed data systems and trained design teams. I am passionate about optimizing processes to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

At Woodlands Health, I played a pivotal role in optimizing the Call Roster user interface across 30 medical departments, significantly improving the workflow for over 120 visiting consultants. My efforts in utilizing the EPIC system to manage patient health records and conducting biweekly surveys for feedback have driven improvements in project efficiency. Additionally, I developed e-learning courses that streamlined the onboarding process for Physician Aides, making training more accessible and effective.
