What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead people operations, talent strategy, and HR transformation work that aligns workforce needs with organizational growth, strengthens employee experience, and delivers measurable operational improvements.

At Americares Foundation, I lead talent acquisition and people operations, building scalable recruiting strategies and strengthening the employee experience across payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and leave administration.

I've led HR transformation through the implementation of UKG Pro and Workforce Management, created enterprise-wide policy infrastructure, redesigned performance management, and secured a 60% reduction in benefits broker costs through strategic negotiations. I also developed and facilitated a three-day, six-module management training program that had not been delivered organization-wide in over a decade.

Previously, I advised small businesses through Monarch HR Consulting and managed broad HR, benefits, recruiting, and engagement programs at Alexander Youth Network. I bring more than 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience and am pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
