What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead international commercial, supply chain, supplier development, quality, and sustainability initiatives in the natural rubber industry, particularly where I can support EUDR compliance and work with global partners.

At VRG JAPAN Rubber Export Joint Stock Company, I lead commercial and logistics activities for international natural rubber operations, managing relationships with Japanese companies and global stakeholders.

I've worked closely with Sumitomo technical and QC teams, Vietnamese rubber factories, and international customers to align technical requirements, quality compliance, and supplier development.

I support EUDR preparation and implementation while helping local manufacturers address sustainable natural rubber development and international sustainability requirements. I also participate in factory evaluations and supplier capability assessments.

Across procurement, quality, logistics, production, and customer teams, I lead contract negotiations, market analysis, and operational coordination to build long-term partnerships and support business decisions.
