At Innovation, I own and develop a global Power BI reporting environment across four business units. I use commercial data to provide senior management with insights on sales priorities, pipeline management, product focus and performance.
I redesigned a recurring Excel-based process in Power BI, replacing manual matching and lookups with an automated workflow that reduced processing time from approximately two working days to two minutes every two weeks. I also automated recurring sales summaries and account review communications using Power Automate and Claude.
Previously, I developed Power BI solutions across approximately 20 client engagements at BI4ALL, covering operational, financial and resource-planning needs. My background also includes financial audit at PwC and accounting operations at Deloitte Portugal, alongside an MSc in Data Science and Advanced Analytics from NOVA IMS.
