As Procurement and Logistics Director, I defined procurement strategy and supplier base, managed budgets and cost-control initiatives, and improved supplier performance and logistics coordination.
At WireCo WorldGroup, I managed €40M in global spend, delivered a 10% cost reduction, reduced inventory to approximately one month on hand, and coordinated demand planning. I also led international supplier negotiations, global sourcing initiatives, and procurement KPI implementation.
