I am a multilingual remote professional with a diverse background spanning content review, operations, back-office support, and AI development. As a Content Reviewer at Majorel, I reviewed YouTube videos in English, Portuguese, and Spanish — evaluating content against platform guidelines, investigating policy violations, and maintaining quality standards across 150+ daily reviews.

As Operations Supervisor at Paddler NL, I managed 1,200–2,000 daily packages and led a team of 28 people across two distinct operational flows. In back-office support at OKwin, I managed and prioritised 500+ weekly cases for a car insurance platform using Salesforce CRM, ensuring compliance and rigour in every interaction.

More recently I have developed hands-on experience in AI and machine learning — including LLM fine-tuning, NLP, prompt engineering, and GenAI — which gives me a practical understanding of AI systems and strong fit for AI evaluation and training roles.
