What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own venue sourcing and event operations end-to-end—partnering with clients, negotiating contracts, running logistics, and using Cvent and data insights to deliver standout experiences.

I’m an experienced venue sourcing and events specialist focused on outcome-driven sourcing, contract negotiation, and reliable event logistics. I consistently support teams by coordinating the details that keep activations running smoothly—from securing unique event spaces to aligning client needs with operational reality.

In my current role as a Project and Operations Coordinator, I support Project Managers with jobs and orders, work with the Transport Team on crew and transport bookings, and prepare staging quotes for clients. I also bring strong administrative and scheduling discipline, raising POs and invoices, preparing documentation, and supporting onsite activity to ensure nothing is missed.

As a Venue Sourcing Specialist (freelance) and in past agency work, I conducted comprehensive market research to source innovative venues, emerging hospitality concepts, trending food businesses, and distinctive options aligned to briefs. I build strong supplier relationships through attending presentations and showcases, running FAM trips and site visits, and negotiating the best rates—while managing proposals, briefs, diaries, travel arrangements, and follow-ups to keep projects moving from inquiry to booking.
