I've delivered residential exterior 3D models as a Freelance Revit Modeler for First Step Construction & Interior Decoration in Yangon, completing five projects from modeling through rendering.
I create architectural and structural models from CAD drawings, develop Revit families, views, sheets, shop drawings, and exterior visualizations using Twinmotion. My BIM Level 03 training supports my practical knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and documentation.
Alongside modeling, I teach hand and technical drawing at Myanmar Maritime University, helping students understand engineering drawing principles and improve drafting accuracy.
