I've supported MEP and electrical construction projects in Yangon through cost estimation, design documentation, site coordination, and material procurement.

At Capital Construction Ltd., I estimated project costs and material take-offs for MEP works. I prepared and reviewed BOQs, quotations, and payment claims while coordinating accurate quantity measurements with engineers and site teams.

At NZB (M&E) Co., Ltd., I drafted electrical designs and site shop drawings, communicated with contractors, and inspected installations. I also procured materials and helped ensure they reached sites on time.

Earlier at Elite Telecom Co., Ltd., I coordinated subcontractors and suppliers and prepared technical reports and documentation. I work with AutoCAD, basic Revit, MS Excel, Word, and email.
