I’m a Certified MedicalCoder (CPC)-AAPC who delivers accurate, compliant coding through detailed medical record review and strong quality focus. I work across multispecialty E&M coding, including Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, same day surgery (SDS), pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, neurology, urgent care medicine, and Radiology.

In my current MedicalCoder role with multispecialty coverage, I compare physician documentation to CPT and ICD-10 codes, verify diagnosis/operations/procedures, and code principal diagnosis, co-morbidities, complications, and supplies using ICD10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS. Earlier, I maintained “97% correct coding and accuracy” as MedicalCoder Grade1 (E&M) and supported regulatory and reimbursement decisions using ICD-10-CM and CPT.
