I am a certified professional coder with more than sixteen years of experience in the US healthcare setting, holding CPC certification (AAPC, 2011). I communicate effectively and apply deep knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT to ensure accurate coding and compliance.

In my current and prior roles I have supervised coder productivity, prepared and managed dashboards, allocated daily assignments, tracked quality records, and evaluated team performance to meet revenue generation goals. I coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and report on team performance.

My technical strengths include auditing IVR, surgery, ED and pathology records, applying modifiers, HCPCS and regulatory guidelines, and handling denials and appeals. I have specialized coding experience across emergency department, surgical (gastroenterology, integumentary, gyne, musculoskeletal), pathology, radiology and interventional radiology procedures.
