What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an Azure administration or technical support role where I can troubleshoot cloud and system issues, support users, strengthen my hands-on skills, and contribute to well-documented support operations.

At Bendito Soft Tech, I supported day-to-day Azure administration and technical support across Windows Server and Ubuntu virtual machines.

I created and managed Azure VMs, Resource Groups, Function Apps, monitoring alerts, and operational checks through the Azure Portal. I also troubleshot RDP, SSH, authentication, connectivity, permissions, software, and application issues.

I supported Microsoft 365 users, licenses, MFA, and groups, reviewed Azure Resource Group costs, and documented repeatable troubleshooting procedures. I'm a B.Tech graduate with Azure Developer Associate and Azure Fundamentals certifications.
