At HCLTech, I manage and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Machines, VNETs, NSGs, storage accounts, and networking components. I also administer Entra ID access, RBAC, and MFA.
I monitor cloud infrastructure with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics, and support on-premises servers through health checks, troubleshooting, and patch management.
Previously, as a Senior Project Engineer at Wipro, I supported Azure cloud, Windows Server, and Linux/Unix production environments. I deployed cloud-native solutions using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
At Wipro, I also created Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Azure Data Factory pipelines, and implemented infrastructure provisioning with ARM templates and Bicep. My incident RCA work contributed to a 15–20% reduction in repeat issues.
