At HCL Technologies, I provide technical support for Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, and software issues. I manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow while maintaining SLA compliance.
I administer Active Directory through account provisioning, password resets, and group management. I also support identity and access management through Azure Portal and Azure AD.
My experience includes cloud-based user administration and access-control processes, along with troubleshooting end-user issues and coordinating their resolution. I’m seeking to transition into Azure Cloud Administration or Cloud Support.
