At Base Business Solutions JSC, I lead a team of about 10 engineers delivering contact center and CRM integrations for banks and consumer-finance companies, including VietinBank, NCB, MCredit and Lotte. I design and build the integration layer that brings customer and account data from core banking systems into agents’ desktop application.
For VietinBank, I led an upgrade of the Agent Desktop application, delivering Web APIs that pull data from the bank’s systems and the views that present it to agents. I also write business requirement documents with client teams and turn them into technical designs and tasks.
On an ERP project for a manufacturer of made-to-measure window blinds and curtains, I develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL for pricing, bills of materials, and production formulas. I own the pricing engine for several international retail customers, translating Excel price revisions into dated price periods with preview and verification queries.
I also redesigned the query layer of an ASP.NET Core and SQLite logging service. In load tests on 50 million rows with 100 concurrent users, p95 response time fell from 8.3 seconds to 0.7 seconds while log writes continued.
