I’m seeking an instructional design role focused on learner-centered curriculum, LMS administration, faculty development, accessibility, and measurable learning outcomes.

I design and deliver learner-centered curricula and media-rich training across higher education and professional programs, applying ADDIE, Bloom’s, and UDL to align outcomes with workforce skills and organizational priorities. I lead full-course builds, LMS migrations, and faculty development initiatives, producing evaluation tools and measurable improvements.

I have led teams and projects from concept to delivery—managing course templates in Canvas and NovoEd, supporting D2L to Brightspace migrations, and guiding faculty through evidence-based teaching practices. I prioritize accessibility, facilitation, and clear assessment design to drive learner success and program alignment.
