What I'm looking for

I'm available for remote freelance QA, manual testing, test-case development, and technical documentation assignments.

At Capgemini Engineering, I tested AT&T broadband residential gateways, including BGW320 platforms. I performed functional, integration, sanity, and regression validation across Ethernet, GPON, XG-PON/XGS-PON, and IPoE.

I validated PON service flows across OLT, fiber/splitter, and ONT/ONU sides, including registration, service mapping, and Ethernet handoff. I also tested L2/L3 features such as DHCPv4/v6, VLAN, routing, NAT, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and IEEE 802.1X.

I designed and executed test cases for device managers and platform features, and checked GUI, CLI, and TR-181 parameters. When WAN or DHCP failures and crashes occurred, I analyzed logs and documented reproducible steps and root-cause observations.

I used JIRA to manage defects and Spirent, IXIA, and Abacus for performance, stability, and VoIP validation. I also supported firmware migration from Turquoise to prplOS and developed and executed AMX Process Monitor long-run test activities.
