At HCL Technologies Ltd., I work on the Cisco Crosswork Hierarchical Controller program, installing Cisco ONC and EPNM adapters and validating their inventory, topology, services, and performance data.
I wrote and tested Cisco ONC adapter uplift cases for HCO build 13.0, covering positive and negative scenarios. I also configured OSPF, BGP, and MPLS topologies and used Flex-Algo to compute traffic-engineered paths.
At Persistent Systems (India), I worked with Cisco and third-party adapters from Nokia, Huawei, Ciena MCP, and TIM-SDN. I provisioned brownfield and greenfield services, validated API responses, and worked on automation for adapter baseline and template files.
Earlier at Tech Mahindra, I configured IP/MPLS and SD-WAN networks for CommScope and managed and troubleshot more than 100 vEdge and cEdge devices. At Tech Mahindra and ARRIS (Motorola), I also worked on network testing and GPON/FTTH equipment, including SQA test cases and regression testing.
