I’m proficient in all testing phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and STLC, with a strong focus on Agile Scrum Methodologies. I’ve performed end-to-end testing on transactions through NEFT, RTGS, and IFT.
In my QA roles, I design and execute test cases, identify defects, and track them using JIRA. I’ve worked on internet banking modules including fund transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IFT), bulk uploads, and third-party transactions, and I also supported UAT testing, account on-boarding, client setup, and transaction processing workflows. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and BA stakeholders, participate in scrum meetings, and validate transaction reliability through functional, regression, retesting, and smoke/sanity testing.
