I am looking for a dynamic role in cyber security that fosters growth and innovation.

I am Thijmen Bakker, a dedicated Master's student in Cyber Security at the University of Twente, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas. My academic journey has equipped me with a robust understanding of cyber risk management, software security, and data analytics, which I am eager to apply in real-world scenarios.

During my internship at TNO, I completed my Master’s thesis on Graph-Based Business Impact Assessment, where I designed innovative solutions to enhance confidentiality in compliance with EU regulations. My experience as a First Assistant Manager at Jimmy John's honed my leadership and managerial skills, allowing me to effectively drive team performance and customer satisfaction.
