I'm looking to lead technology strategy, transformation, cybersecurity governance, and resilient business-critical services while aligning business priorities, global delivery teams, and strategic suppliers.

I've led business-critical technology services and transformation programs for CAR-PASS, BNP Paribas Group, and Western Union Financial Services. At Western Union, I expanded the first web-based Point of Sale platform to 18,000 locations and improved application availability from 82.3% to 99.8%.

Across Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Brazil, North America, and India, I've connected business priorities with infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, suppliers, and delivery teams. I've managed a €7M IT budget, led 130+ professionals, supported ISO 27001 recertification, and recovered an EU-funded program from over two years of delay to UAT readiness within 11 months.
