I’m looking for a role where I can validate and process claims accurately, improve handling processes, and support procurement, logistics, and reporting—while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

I am a resourceful and detail-oriented professional with a BSc in Procurement & Supply Chain Management and over 6 years’ experience in administration, logistics support, procurement, and customer service. I’m skilled in records management, claims validation, inventory control, and report preparation.

As a Claims Officer at BIMA Insurance (Milvik Ghana Ltd), I validate and process claims ensuring compliance with company policies. I verify claimant documents and approve eligible claims for payment, draft and improve claims handling processes to boost efficiency, and maintain strong relationships with external partners. I also prepare performance and operational reports for management.

Previously, as a Customer Experience Agent, I conducted customer surveys to gather insights into satisfaction and needs. I supported the claims team with eligibility checks and Excel-based reports, handled customer queries and escalations, and prepared and submitted operational updates to management.
