At Stripe, I restructured the distributed FX pricing platform for Instant Currency Conversion, introducing country-level and connected-account pricing abstractions. This enabled expansion to 15+ new currencies and added $100K/month in ONR.

I also built an AI-powered on-call agent for production investigation and triage, reducing on-call tickets by about 40%. For currency conversion limits, I replaced hardcoded rules with a configurable backend service that supported scalable expansion and added $10M/month in revenue.

At CRED, I developed payment and tokenisation platforms, including a multi-provider payment service supporting peak traffic of 150 RPS and a tokenisation platform that enabled 20M+ credit card tokens. I also engineered ML-powered outage mitigation for UPI transactions across 8M+ daily payment requests.
