I designed AARA Self Serve across data models, APIs, workflows, frontend experiences, and cross-team integrations to automate around 180 MJE onboardings and save an estimated 300 hours annually. I also led reconciliation, ledger posting, and month-end close automation with retries and failure handling.
Previously at Xflow, I built distributed API versioning, multi-currency payment workflows projected to add $15M in value, and cloud-native document-processing and payment-reconciliation automation. I also created deployment tooling for microservices on EKS and integrated payment, risk-monitoring, and compliance providers.
Earlier, I reduced ByteLearn content-development time by 70%, improved chatbot performance by 10x, and built testing infrastructure that ran 3x faster. I began at American Express by automating database management tasks from 16 hours to 3 minutes.
