I have extensive experience working with computers and providing customer/technical support. I’m skilled in installing Windows systems, setting up new devices, connecting equipment such as monitors and printers, and troubleshooting various technical issues, including basic networking and VPN configuration. I’m reliable, organized, and always ready to help the team — whether it’s solving a technical problem or handling practical on-site tasks.

I started as a regular dispatcher and moved to the manager position within few months, overseeing multiple vehicles per day. I trained a few people, supported the billing team, and later worked as a Supply chain specialist, setting up import/export shipments from the origin (EU) to the final destination (US) using transport via Air, Ocean and Ground, including customs procedures. Today, I support data entry/tracking by keeping more than 1000 units on track and providing customer support, with Microsoft Excell at the core.
