I am looking for a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and innovation, where I can apply my skills in data science and machine learning to solve real-world problems.

I am a highly motivated and responsible data scientist with over a year of work experience. Currently, I am pursuing a postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Aberdeen, where I am deepening my knowledge in various AI domains. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Peradeniya, where I focused on machine learning and computer vision.

In my recent role as a Data Scientist at Xeptagon, I managed the development and maintenance of ETL processes using Azure Synapse Analytics. I implemented data cleaning and validation processes, and collaborated on software application development using both frontend and backend technologies. My passion for data science is reflected in my projects, including a publication on smart agriculture that integrates computer vision and IoT for disease detection in greenhouse systems.
