At Ernst & Young (EY – Global Delivery Services), I supported 10+ cloud-hosted SAP systems across Dev, QA, and Production, handling monitoring and transport imports.

I owned AutoSys administration, including designing and building an automated file-transfer workflow to an external bank server with file checks, PGP encryption, transfer, and receipt confirmation.
