I’m a SAP Basis consultant at SAP Labs with almost 9 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing complex SAP environments. I focus on SAP system administration—from installations and upgrades to migrations—while keeping high system availability, reliability, and performance at the center of every engagement.

I’ve driven SAP project delivery through effective risk management, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication. I’ve contributed to SAP Basis support and upgrade projects, including multi-tier SAP ECS system software deployments that maintained zero business disruption, plus on-call support where I resolved critical issues quickly to minimize business impact.

My day-to-day strength is proactive monitoring and hands-on operations: I monitor SAP production systems via system logs, ABAP short dumps checks, database growth, lock entries, alerts, and archives, and I use HANA Studio and LAMA for HANA monitoring. I also handle kernel upgrades, client administration, SAP Solution Manager configuration, transport management (STMS), and common upgrade/installation tools and workflows, while managing incidents and change requests through service management and ticketing tools.
