At T- Systems ICT India Limited, I worked on SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrade activities in SAP RISE environments, coordinating with SAP RISE Operations teams on infrastructure-related activities, incidents, and service requests.
I performed homogeneous and heterogeneous migrations, SAP HANA database and kernel upgrades, and ABAP and Java stack patching across SAP components.
I also monitored and administered SAP BTP Cockpit, SAP Cloud Connector, SAP IAS, and SAP Cloud ALM, including user management, authentication, and operations monitoring.
Across my SAP project work, I prepared project plans and status updates, coordinated technical teams and stakeholders, and documented changes and decisions to support the transition to operational support.
