Across nearly 10 years in construction, I’ve managed commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, and custom residential work, including commercial projects valued up to $50M at Deacon Construction. I handle estimating, procurement, subcontractor buyout, budgeting, scheduling, financial management, and project controls.
I build productive relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors while managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, QA/QC, pay applications, and closeout. My Mechanical Engineering background helps me evaluate constructability, manage risk, and identify value-engineering opportunities.
