I bring a civil engineering background (BSc) and hands-on experience across construction supervision and pavement/material engineering, starting from my early site and internship exposure. My thesis work on “The Effects of Water Quality on the Strength of Concrete” shapes how I approach quality, durability, and performance in the field.
Over the years, I’ve served in progressively responsible roles—from Site Engineer and Junior Pavement/Material Engineer to Senior Material Inspector. In these positions, I supported major road and maintenance projects such as Adigudem–Mekelle–Wukro and Alaba–Angacha–Wato / Damboya–Durame spur road works.
Currently, I lead teams as Construction Supervision Division Head and PMO Manager at Wagwago Trading PLC. I combine technical software capability (AutoCAD, SAP, MS-Project, ETABS, and others) with disciplined planning and project oversight to drive execution, reporting, and on-site accountability.
