I teach and advise civil engineering students at Bahir Dar University, where I have served as a lecturer since 2016 after working as an assistant lecturer.
I've supported road delivery as a Site Engineer on the Dejen–Felegebirhan Road Upgrading Project, coordinating resources, tracking progress, planning materials, and working with consultants on inspections.
My road and transport engineering work also includes Material Engineer, Regional Site Engineer with SMEC International, and Senior Highway and Maintenance Engineer roles leading road inventory, condition surveys, and technical and financial auditing.
