I've led construction and infrastructure delivery across Ethiopia, most recently managing tertiary hospital construction for Washington Healthcare Plc. I oversee operations, budgets, engineering teams, client relationships, negotiations, and delivery quality.
At Raycon, UNIMPRESA SPA PLC, and Hyundai Development Company, I directed real estate, wastewater, airport runway, highway, and design-build road projects, including the 141 km Gore–Masha–Tepi Asphalt Road. My work spans technical operations, procurement, scheduling, quality systems, resource control, and value engineering.
Over more than 27 years, I've managed roads, buildings, industrial facilities, irrigation, wastewater, bridges, and public transport facilities. I bring civil and structural engineering capability together with contract administration, claims management, ISO 9001 quality systems, and executive leadership.
