At Tase Design Inc., I lead multidisciplinary design delivery from proposal and kickoff through approvals and construction support. I manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and financial performance, and coordinate teams across architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

I also founded PlotPerfect, an AI platform for site feasibility and ROI analysis, and lead its product direction and distributed engineering team.
