I am an educational leader with over 20 years of experience dedicated to building high-performing teams and driving project success. My expertise lies in educational technology implementation, where I have successfully managed projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration throughout the process.

In my current role as the Director of Technology, Student Services, and School Safety at Marengo County School District, I have secured $4 million in technology grants and implemented innovative programs, including a unique VR experience that has significantly improved student outcomes. My commitment to enhancing educational environments is reflected in my ability to address staffing shortages and deploy cost-effective solutions that broaden learning opportunities for students.
