What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical role delivering telehealth and in-person obesity and chronic disease care, with opportunities to teach, develop bilingual education, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-level trained Nurse Practitioner with specialized certification in obesity medicine and active membership in the Obesity Medicine Association. I deliver compassionate, data-driven obesity care via telehealth and in-home visits, partnering with patients and multidisciplinary teams to create personalized, sustainable treatment plans.

My clinical experience spans primary, urgent, family, and community-based care across FQHCs, home-based Medicare/Medicaid visits, and health system clinics, with a focus on serving Hispanic and migrant farmworker populations. I have provided preventive care, chronic disease management, pharmacologic treatment, and supervised community nursing practicums.
