I've supported software applications at Desoft in Guantanamo, Cuba, providing technical support for desktop and web-based systems and installing and configuring SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL servers. I also taught information systems design, automated accounting systems, and computer-assisted auditing at the University of Guantanamo.

My mechanical engineering background includes supervising maintenance at Fine Salt Enterprises, where I focused on preventive maintenance, mechanical repair, troubleshooting, system optimization, quality, and safety. I'm motivated by improving industrial processes, reducing costs, and collaborating on practical solutions.
