I create and implement comprehensive guidance curricula for the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis, currently supporting students at Basseterre High School through individual and group counselling, parent and teacher consultation, and referrals to community resources.
I've also served as a Guidance Counsellor at Beach Allen Primary School and taught English at Saddlers Secondary School, creating individualized plans, resolving classroom conflict, and fostering structured learning environments. My psychology degree with a management concentration, ongoing MA in Leadership in Education, and French communication experience inform my student-centred approach.
