I built HomeLands, a full-stack accommodation marketplace with faceted search, an interactive map, authentication, and role-based admin CRUD—using Next.js 16, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
For CollabBoard, I engineered a real-time collaborative whiteboard with an infinite canvas, multi-user presence, and conflict-free sync via Liveblocks/Yjs CRDTs, plus OAuth auth and persistent boards.
I also worked on DevTrends and an AI PR Review Bot, where I integrated LLM fallback across vendors, added testing coverage gates, and shipped event-driven pipelines with Kafka and WebSocket progress.
