At Qualitrix Technologies, I architected a Python-PyTest automation framework covering 6 critical PhonePe modules, cutting regression cycle time by ~40%. I designed reusable API test libraries with Postman and Bruno (removing hardcoded values), led backend API testing for Loans using API mocking, and debugged integration failures by tracing API error chains to reduce P1 defect leakage to near zero.

I also serve as the primary QA for HealthPlix EMR modules end-to-end across STLC—from requirement analysis through sign-off. I led security testing for the ABHA API integration with Burp Suite, identifying and reporting 5+ OWASP-category vulnerabilities, while improving requirement coverage from 70% to 95% through detailed test scenarios and sprint-level estimation.

Earlier, at Concentrix Limited Company, I worked as a functional tester and built solid test plans for web and mobile experiences. From eCommerce functional validation to REST API testing and defect triaging, I consistently partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable, measurable testing.
