Authored four policy briefs advising the New Mexico Legislative Finance Committee. Synthesized peer-reviewed evidence, multi-state legislation and budget-impact estimates, and built a scored decision matrix for legislative decision-makers.

Led 4 research projects and 2 causal difference-in-differences analyses of state and local policy effects on health outcomes, using R to analyze secondary claims, observational, and legal epidemiology data. Produced 2 internal cost evaluation reports and summarized findings from 3 longitudinal analyses.

Directed a budgetary evaluation and a social return on investment analysis for two cooperative agreements, framing the evaluations and conducting the calculations. Supervised two interns building a Python tool that automated extraction of analysis-ready datasets.

Worked with organizers and researchers to identify campaign opportunities for global climate funding.

Led base-building efforts: recruited recurring donors, acted on an organizational needs assessment, and simplified complex policy information for community-education talks and materials. Led volunteers and partners to program speakers and content for six rallies, marches, and press conferences. Identified data inputs from literature reviews to inform models addressing diabetes care delivery gaps and built a Microsoft Access database tracking population-level changes in food distribution in rural India.

Developed a cost analysis survey and database to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of an electronic health intervention; trained field staff and ran on-site interviews in 20+ rural health centers. Analyzed data and wrote the executive summary on workforce availability for government stakeholders.
