I lead data science at PTTGC, managing five data scientists across process yield optimization, commodity price forecasting, and image classification projects delivering up to 100M THB annually. I also build internal capability through PoCs and evaluate approaches proposed by external consultants.
Across banking, insurance, travel, energy, and technology, I've delivered credit risk, recommendation, NLP, segmentation, forecasting, and lead-generation models. My work has improved revenue by 800M THB, generated 300K leads monthly at 20% conversion, and added more than 200 bookings per day.
