What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, customer-focused support role where I can resolve tickets fast and accurately, work US business hours, and use Zendesk/Jira plus API integrations (Zoho Desk) to troubleshoot SaaS issues end-to-end.

I’m a Technical Support Specialist with a background in full-stack web development and customer-facing call center work. I diagnose software issues, communicate solutions in plain language, and stay calm under pressure to keep resolutions accurate and customers satisfied.

In my current role, I handle inbound and outbound calls for account access issues, order errors, and software-related concerns—then escalate with detailed notes.
