What I'm looking for

I want to work where I can use my quick problem-solving skills in both clinical support and administrative workflow—rooming patients, helping with labs and follow-ups, and handling scheduling, authorizations, and accurate charting so care stays organized.

I’m a Certified Medical Assistant who can float confidently between clinical and clerical needs. I’ve supported patients with rooming, A1c/glucose finger sticks, triage, insulin therapy education, medication reconciliation, and patient follow-up—always focused on making people feel safe and informed.

I’m also strong in the operational side of care: scheduling, insurance verification, POS collections, prior authorizations, downloading glucose meter data on Glooko, and chart updates in Meditech and Bolt (plus experience with Phreesia). From endocrinology to primary care, I’m a quick problem solver who communicates clearly, handles multiple tasks at once, and keeps care moving.
