I've managed regulatory operations in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Insurance & Financial Services Division, handling more than 50 active matters involving insurance carriers, financial institutions, and consumers.

As a Regulatory Paralegal, I served as the primary liaison for consumers, attorneys, opposing counsel, and state agencies while independently managing consumer complaints from intake through resolution. I reviewed financial records, insurance policies, disclosures, and legal documentation; tracked compliance deadlines; and kept case records and reporting accurate across a high-volume caseload.

I also led administration of a $7.6 million consumer settlement, working directly with more than 160 affected consumers. I built an Excel payout model, verified consumer information, explained distributions, and managed follow-up through final disbursement.
