I'm managing the full lifecycle of SaaS projects at BEC Legal Systems, from consultation and implementation through upgrades, training, and post-deployment support. I collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve issues, drive product adoption, and create scalable deployment documentation for enterprise Outlook add-in rollouts.

At DBL Law, I supported enterprise network and server environments using Cisco Meraki, VMware vSphere, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft licensing. I handled Tier 1–3 infrastructure incidents and used monitoring and security tools including Darktrace, Mimecast, and Carbon Black to strengthen the organization's security posture.

Previously, at the Commonwealth Office of Technology, I led the statewide deployment of more than 700 laptops in three months and supported approximately 4,000 end users across eight counties. I managed the full hardware lifecycle, from procurement through secure disposal, while contributing to disaster recovery initiatives.

I bring hands-on IT operations experience and client-facing project delivery to SaaS implementations, cloud services, device administration, and enterprise support.
