What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in law enforcement where I can lead investigations, develop training programs, mentor officers, and enhance community safety while continuing professional development.

I am a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive operational and investigative experience across patrol, CID, and supervisory roles. I have served in municipal police departments and the U.S. Army Military Police, advancing through patrol, corporal, sergeant, and lieutenant ranks.

I have overseen and conducted hundreds of investigations including cybercrime, financial identity fraud, sexual assault, and homicide, and I maintain a victim-focused investigative approach. I have completed specialized training programs such as Basic Police Academy, Military Police School, Advanced Supervision and Leadership, and multiple criminal investigation and digital evidence courses.

As a certified instructor and firearms trainer, I have taught at police academies statewide since 2015 and delivered training in areas including de-escalation, SWAT, DWI enforcement, and digital evidence collection. I have accumulated over 1,400 hours of law enforcement training and earned recognitions including Officer of the Year and an Army Commendation Medal.

I emphasize professionalism, leadership, and community service; outside of policing I manage a small ranch and prioritize family and service to my community. I am committed to continuing to lead investigations, train officers, and improve public safety outcomes.
