At North Plainfield Police Department, I lead the Criminal Investigations Division as Detective Sergeant, assigning and reviewing casework and coordinating investigative strategy. Since February 2025, the unit has investigated 1,461 cases with a 71.4% clearance rate.

I direct complex investigations involving fraud, financial crimes, and digital evidence, and analyze financial records, communications, and open-source information. I coordinate with financial institutions, prosecutors, courts, and government partners, and prepare reports and analytical summaries for command staff and public agencies.

Since 2014, I’ve managed the department-wide public-safety communications system, including technology planning, procurement, upgrades, and approximately $1 million in capital improvements. I also serve as a volunteer instructor with the North Plainfield Police Youth Academy, teaching law-enforcement fundamentals and mentoring young participants.
