What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine communications with research-informed, equity-centered messaging—partnering with diverse teams, using data to guide strategy, and supporting onboarding, collaboration, and engagement.

I’m an IT Engagement and Communications Intern who builds clear, company-wide tech communications and delivers updates on software changes, maintenance, and outages. I enhanced global team engagement by adapting communication strategies across cultural differences and coordinating cross-cultural needs with overseas partners. I also supported recognition and onboarding programs by implementing new-hire onboarding initiatives and training teams on communication software to improve collaboration.

Earlier, I led IRB-approved ethnographic research on reproductive health discourse in Missouri, analyzing how reproductive-health language shapes social, cultural, and political understanding. I combined diverse in-person interviews with a Qualtrics survey and integrated qualitative insights with a literature review to assess policy implications, grounded in cultural competence from my B.A. in Cultural Anthropology/Sociology.
