Built and maintained a Europe-wide geospatial database of resources, including geographic coordinates and metadata, used directly by the sales and operations teams.

Managed daily production of fresh pasta and weekly production of fresh mozzarella and burrata, including scheduling to meet demand. Monitored inventory quality and enforced freshness standards, removing expired or unsold product.

Collected and categorized on-site water samples and assisted with ICP-MS analysis for rock composition, glaciers, and groundwater influence on hot-spring chemistry. Used ArcMap to model nutrient losses in soil areas recently affected by wildfires.
